DAY 01: IQUITOS ARRIVAL – CURAKA LODGE

Transfer from the airport or hotel. Tour of the Plaza de Armas, the Main Church, the Iron House (Casa de Fierro), the riverfront promenade, and historic mansions from the rubber boom era. Transfer to the private dock to board a speedboat. Journey along the Itaya River, viewing the Nanay River Bridge—the longest in Peru. We continue to the majestic Amazon River—a natural wonder—while learning about its biodiversity and looking for gray and pink river dolphins.

Arrival at Cumaceba Curaka Inn, featuring a warm welcome and a fruit refreshment. Check-in to private bungalows and a traditional lunch (*Juane*). In the afternoon, a jungle hike to explore the region's flora and fauna. At night, a walk to enjoy the sounds of the jungle and—depending on the season—a canoe excursion. Dinner and guided jungle storytelling. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 02: CURAKA LODGE

We begin with birdwatching in their natural habitat, either on foot or by canoe. Breakfast. Excursion to visit a local riverside resident, where we will see non-venomous boa constrictors, sloths, turtles, and other animals. We will discover the artisanal process of extracting sugarcane juice and taste derivatives such as cane rum and molasses.

Return to the lodge for a traditional lunch (fish). In the afternoon, we visit the "Gallito" hamlet to learn about local activities and customs. Weather permitting, we will enjoy a spectacular sunset. Dinner. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 03: CURAKA LODGE

After breakfast, we enjoy a fishing experience on the banks of the Amazon River, catching species such as catfish and piranhas. We will observe the majestic *Victoria regia*, the world's largest aquatic plant. Return to the lodge for a traditional *Patarashca* lunch. We will have some downtime in the hammock or pool area. In the afternoon, we will take a tour of the lodge's surroundings, learning about medicinal plants and trees such as rubber, balata, cedar, and the impressive *Lupuna*. Dinner. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 04: CURAKA LODGE - CAMPING

After breakfast, we will begin our expedition into the virgin rainforest. We will hike for approximately an hour and a half, exploring the flora and fauna, before pausing to prepare lunch. We will continue to the Yanayacu River, where we will set up camp with tents and mosquito nets. After dinner, we will go on a night walk to discover the jungle's wildlife. Overnight at the campsite.

Day 05: CURAKA LODGE – DEPARTURE TO IQUITOS

Breakfast, followed by fishing on the Yanayacu River, where we can catch piranhas and catfish. Return to the lodge for a typical buffet-style lunch. Free time to relax in the hammocks or take unique photos. In the afternoon, we will begin the return journey to Iquitos, stopping to visit the Bora native community to learn about their customs, language, clothing, and traditional dances. It is recommended to bring items to trade for their handmade crafts. Arrival in the city and transfer to the airport or hotel.

End of services.
